To NCOs:

i really have nth much to say but thanks. yea thanks alot for being great NCOs this year(: really thank CLEMENT for helping me in many different ways despite he himself being so busy, yea im really grateful :D as in really really grateful. Thank Jia Ming for being a toad and though he might be strict and pump us alot last time, but in NPCC we really need to uphold some discipline there. Plus jia ming he himself might have been in quite a difficult spot? so no hates please ^^
Yea and thanks to Cyril. He really knows when to be serious and joke abit but yea in my opinion, u are a fantastic exco chairman and NCO. thx! last but not least, i shall thank timothy. Though he is always very quiet, but i think his great. i think he isnt boring person, maybe just that we interact with him less and dont really know him well. BUT, as a NCO, you did a fabulous job. thx too. NCOs rock on and good luck in wadever you do in future! Thanks again <3
